Despite how they look, Vizsla dogs aren’t dangerous, rather they are good-natured, gentle and affectionate. Moreover, this dog breed is a medium-sized breed which was born to hunt, so they do require more attention and exercise.
This dog breed desires daily exercises on a daily basis and an excessive mental stimulation so it is advised that this dog should be owned by an active family. It’s very important to mentally stimulate and exercise this dog breed to prevent them from becoming destructive, bored, stubborn, hard-to-manage, and high strung. If you plan to live with this dog in an apartment, you should know that Vizslas aren’t apartment dogs, as they need a lot of space. The average lifespan of a Vizsla dog is 12-15 years.
