23. Arthur Freed
In her 1988 memoir Child Star, famous Hollywood actress Shirley Temple alleged that MGM producer Arthur Freed unzipped his trousers and exposed his manhood to her during their very first meeting in 1940. Shirley was 12 and was so innocent that she hadn’t seen a male’s anatomy. She responded by laughing nervously, an action that angered the producer who threw her out of his office.
Fortunately for her, she had signed her MGM contract, and it couldn’t be retracted. According to her, the studio head was one of the notorious sexual harassers in Hollywood at the time.
