#23 – Salmon and Broccoli
If you knew the amount of Omega-3 healthy fatty acids found in salmon, you would eat it at least twice a week. Omega-3 fatty acids are really good for the brain and the heart, as it helps lower the risk of heart disease. These are unsaturated fatty acids found in fish, that are very healthy nutrients that benefit the body. It’s generally recommended to eat foods rich in Omega-3 at least twice a week.
To satisfy your need for Omega-3 fatty acids, we do recommend for you to bake salmon and serve it with vegetables high in antioxidants such as broccoli or tomatoes. Try cooking your broccoli in olive oil or simply steam them to enjoy with your salmon.
