#22 – Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry
There is no meal quicker and easier to be made than stir-fry. You just to have to avoid serving your stir-fry with enormous amounts of noodles or rice. It’s best to serve your stir-fry instead with healthy non-starch vegetables with an abundant source of protein.
We recommend stir-frying beans, bok choy and red bell pepper together with strips of chicken. Colorful, delicious and healthy!
