#20 – Salad with Sirloin Steak and Avocado
Make a salad from dark and leafy vegetables. Add slices of sirloin steak and tiny slices of avocado. Drizzle the salad with vinaigrette made from extra-virgin oil and balsamic vinegar. Top the salad with berries and some plain yogurt.
This salad is rich with antioxidants from the berries and abundant with healthy monounsaturated fats from the avocado. Tastes delicious!
