#19 – Stuffed Chicken Breasts With Asparagus

Stuffed chicken breasts with asparagus is a nice, fancy yet simple meal to make.

With this meal, you’re sure to impress guests. To prepare this meal, you’ll need to carefully slice open a chicken breast to make a little pocket in it. Stuff that pocket with anything like tomatoes, mushrooms, and spinach and add either Brie cheese or goat cheese. Bake the chicken and serve it  with asparagus and drizzle it with olive oil. This meal is abundant with protein from the chicken, rich in fiber from the spinach, and it has high amounts of healthy fats from the olive oil.
