#18 – Spaghetti Squash
Spaghetti is one of the favorite meals of everyone. However, many people eat way too much pasta which causes an extreme increase of blood sugar and can cause weight problems from all the carbs.
Instead of eating regular spaghetti, try eating spaghetti squash or shredded zucchini as the pasta. Serve it with homemade, sugar-free tomato sauce. Sprinkle the spaghetti squash with Parmesan cheese and serve a leafy salad together with it.
