#17 – Fish and Oven-Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Regular fish-and-chips is in fact very tasty, but also unhealthy from the heavy batter. Instead of eating regular fish-and-chips, try making a lighter batter for the fish and serve with sweet potato instead.

Choose a white fish such as tilapia for your homemade fish-n-chips and serve it with baked sweet potato fries which you can drizzle with olive oil.
