#22 – Meditate
Meditation is something that is proven to make your body and mind stronger. Meditation, in a nutshell, is the art of keeping mental stress and mental fatigue at bay. By meditating, you decrease your overall levels of stress. Meditation is also a remedy for mental disorders such as anxiety and depression. We recommend you take up some of your time for meditation by which you will build up greater stamina. When you meditate, you relax your muscles and your brain which are both important for developing greater stamina.
