With increasing technology, humans are constantly connected to the world 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Instead of taking some time for self-reflection, they would rather spend time on social media like Facebook, Whatsapp, Viber, Snapchat, and much more. Social media outlets could spread a lot of negativity like bad news, fights, and propaganda. Instead of this, try to spend some time with nature, and yourself. Reflect on what happened during the day, if you made any mistakes that need fixing, and tell yourself that things can always get better.
