Not saying that setting low standards is the key, but simplicity is the way through which your life will be smooth and easy. Setting your sights too high will set you up for failure and if failing causes you stress, you might want to re-evaluate your goals. Try your best to be satisfied with what you have and enjoy every moment in life.
