Mozambique is also officially known as the Republic of Mozambique. Mozambique is located in the Southeast African region. The area of this country is 801,590 km2 which makes it the 35th largest country in the world. It has been estimated that around 24,600,000 people live in Mozambique.

Mozambique sadly belongs on the list of world’s most underdeveloped and poorest countries. One big problem of Mozambique is the continuously rising malnutrition of children. The GDP per capita in Mozambique is only $685.
