#23. Shun Hing Square

 

Also famous for having the nickname of the Diwang Building, Shun Hing Square is key feature of the area known as Shenzhen’s Special Economic Zone and is located at a triangular site on Shenzhen’s main east-west corridor called Shennan Road. The tower and the tower’s nearby annex, form a “T” shape which allows both to share common sightlines. The main tower has a total of 144,200 square meters of office space while the annex has 330 apartment suites, a parking garage, and five stories of the 35-floor unit are dedicated to retail.
