#16 – Eat Some Carbs
You heard it right – you need to eat some carbs to increase your overall physical strength and stamina. You need energy to work out, and the best way to get that energy to by eating carbs. It will boost your stamina and help you work out more intensively. Research tells us that we should consume cereal, pasta, fruits, brown bread, and vegetables so you could increase your fitness level.
Eating carbs without exercise could lead you down the wrong path though!
