#15 – Eat Healthy
They say, “Garbage in, garbage out,” so what we eat will be reflected in our body. If we feed our body healthy foods, it will stay healthy.
If you plan to increase your stamina in a natural way, you have to focus on what you eat. The absence of some essential nutrients found in food will eventually lower energy levels. Essential nutrients include vitamin C, complex carbs, iron, and proteins. These help in improving our immune systems, generating energy, and repairing and developing muscles, which all are equally important in maintaining and boosting our stamina.
Some foods that instantly boost your stamina include bananas, oatmeal, green leafy veggies, carrots, peanut butter, watercress, quinoa, watercress, asparagus, eggplant, chicken, pumpkin and lean meat, eggs, and fish.
