Cardio doesn’t get the #1 spot for no reason. Can you find a person who says they LOVE cardio workouts? No. Cardio exercises involve all your body’s muscle groups. Cardio exercises make your heart beat faster and you will feel like dying if you’re pushing yourself to the limit when you’re not used to it. When you keep it up though, you’ll boost your stamina more than any other exercise.
