#17 – Work out Regularly

If you want to experience a huge boost in your stamina, you need to work for it. To increase your stamina you have to increase the capacity of your lungs, strengthen your muscles, and build the muscles around your heart. What you should do is engage in an activity you enjoy the most. Spending 30 minutes of your time daily in exercise is a must – even the American Heart Association recommends a minimum of 150 minutes of exercise in any given week.

Some of the exercises that can boost your stamina include running, cycling and swimming. If you are unable to either run, cycle, or swim for 30 minutes, then a brisk walk is a good place to start. The intensity and length of your exercises should increase gradually. Before exercising, you should stretch, and after exercising you should cool down to prevent any kind of muscle injury.
