#12 – Try to wake up naturally without the alarm clock

Waking up from a shock or loud noise will disturb you and cause anxiety right away. Try to get in the habit of letting your body help wake yourself up. Going to bed at night, promise yourself to wake up at a certain time for work, school, meetings, or exercise. Practice this for a few days and your body will adjust.
